Osun Declares Monday Public Holiday (See Why)
A statement by Mr Semiu Okanlawon, the Director, Bureau of Communication and Strategy, Governor’s Office, Osogbo, said the Osun Government has declared Monday Aug. 22 a public holiday to mark the annual Isese Day.

The Isese Day, or Traditional Worshipers’ Day, is the celebration of the peak of festivities among adherents of traditional religion, which is also known as, “Odun Nla’’.
