CyberCafé Owners Charged To Court For Unauthorized 2015/2016 UTME Registration


Two owners of a cybercafé have been charged an
Osogbo Magistrate's to court by the Joint
Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for
unauthorized registration of 2015/2016 UTME.
The two persons identified as Olaide Semiu and
Akinjogbin Olatunji were charged for conspiracy,

fraud and impersonation.
It was gathered that the two collected the sum of
N6, 000 from one Nafisat Abdulrasheed as a
registration fee for 2015/2016 UTME.
They were granted bail in the sum of N100, 000
with two sureties
The case was adjourned till December 10, 2014.
It would be recalled that JAMB had earlier warned
that only Accredited/authorized CBT centres are
allowed to register candidates for the 2015/2016
UTME.
