KWARA POLY POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE 2014/2015 ANNOUNCED

This is to inform all candidates who applied for
admission into Kwara State Polytechnic for
2014/2015 academic session that the institution
has announced its post-UTME screening exercise.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates are to pay the sum of N3,500.00
(exclusive of Bank Charges) for the screening
exercise through the use of Verve ATM or Naira
Master card online.

applicants/prejambites2014/register
Click on �Register Application� and fill the form
to have your PASSWORD and USERNAME sent to
your e-mail address and click on the �Get login
credentials� button. Ensure that the e-mail
address you provided is valid.
Note: If you get a response �No Record Found�
when you attempt to register your application, it
probably implies that JAMB has not forwarded
your record to the Polytechnic.
Goto to your e-mail to retrieve your USERNAME
and PASSWORD for login by clicking https://
kwarapoly.waeup.org/login
After login and accessing your profile, click on the
�Edit Application� to complete the necessary
fields of the application form. Ensure you upload a
clear 1� x 1� COLOURED passport photograph
with red background in JPEG format only where
applicable. NOTE that the photograph cannot be
changed once uploaded. Click on the �Save�
button to save your application.
To pay for the application, click on �Add online
payment ticket� button at the bottom of the
page. Then open the ticket so created and click
on the �College Pay� button at the top left
corner of the page to effect your payment using
any Interswitch enabled debit/ATM card.
If the payment is not successful, click on
�Requery CollegePay� button and if still
unsuccesfull, you can initiate a fresh payment
ticket
Print your PAYMENT SLIP by clicking on the
�Download Payment Slip� button Review the
details of your application before clicking on the
�Submit� button. To print your application slip,
click on the �Print Application Slip� button.
Note that both the APPLICATION and PAYMENT
slips are required for acceptance to the Entrance
Screening Test.
Screening Exercise:
The details of the screening exercise will be sent
to registered candidates.
Applicants should come along with:
1. JAMB online Result Slip for the 2013 UTME
(JAMB Applicants)
2. A copy of Application Form for Pre-ND, ND
Part-Time, HND Full-Time and Part-Time
applicants
3. Schedule Slip after making the online payment
and registration
JAMB candidates will use their JAMB Registration
Numbers for the Screening, while the others will
use their FORM NUMBERS i.e the number on the
Application Form.
N.B: Any candidate found to have edited the
JAMB Score will automatically be disqualified.
Candidates with indecent dressing will be
disallowed from taking part in the screening
exercise. Candidates involved in impersonation
will be handed over to the Police. Candidates
should come only on the day and time allotted to
them.
No Handsets, writing materials, or Hand-bags will
be allowed into the Halls or premises of the
examinations.
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
Application closes on Sunday, 21st September,
2014.
